Having lived in the Seattle area most of his life, Dave’s passion has always been real estate, architecture, and design.

In the 25 years of his real estate career, Dave’s focus was mostly working with builders, developers, architects, and designers to design, develop, and market remodeled and new homes in metropolitan Seattle. He has a vast understanding of how to add value to property in any real estate market. He has designed and built several high-end homes in the area and understands the codes and processes from beginning to end. (View an example here.)

Dave’s and his wife Andrea’s love for great food spurred the start of their first kitchen store, Dish it up! in Magnolia in 2004. It was quickly given many awards from top magazines, including being named one of the “Top 100 Shops” in Seattle, and was noted for its beautiful demonstration kitchens and top chef cooking classes.

In 2006 they added the cabinetry and design department, called Urban Kitchen Company, and have been winning awards from cabinet companies every year since.
Now, with the grand opening of their beautiful new showroom and store located on trendy Ballard Avenue, they have added several new cabinet lines that satisfy their clients’ needs for quality, functionality, design, and budget.

Dave’s philosophy is simple: “Quality products and ‘over the top’ customer service is the standard for doing business!”
